The facilities manager has to take all the preventive measures to make the restaurant business smooth. He has to maintain all the equipments which are needed in the kitchen; he has to check all the lighting systems in the restaurant. The manager has to fix the equipments which are needed, he has to take orders regarding the needs of the equipments he has to replace. The director has to check all the managers and he has to look after their duties.

Requirements

The restaurant manager job requires education and experience of relevant industry. He should have extra ordinary knowledge in alcohol drinks, and he has to recommend the dosage to the customers. He should have a certification in liquor which is required by the state or government.
